At UsHa Homes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.

Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your delivery. After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • An exchange will be processed if you received a damaged item or the wrong product/size.

Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges if:

  • The product shows signs of use or has been washed.
  • The damage occurred after the product was delivered and used.
  • The request is made after the 10-day window.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Provide Details: Please share your Order Number and clear images/videos of the product and the issue.
  • Return Shipping: Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back to us.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item sent was damaged or incorrect.

Refund
When a Refund is Issued
While we strive to fulfill every request, a full refund is typically reserved for the following circumstances:

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If you change your mind before we have initiated the fulfillment process.
  • Specification Errors: In the rare event that a product arrives and does not match the specifications listed on our store.
  • External Delays: If your delivery is significantly delayed due to unforeseen logistics, weather, or regional issues.
    Inventory Adjustments: If an item is unfortunately out of stock after your order is placed.

Processing Timelines
We value your time and aim to resolve all requests with speed:

  • Replacements: Your new selection will be at your door within 10 to 12 business days, depending on your city.
  • Refund Transfers: Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 2 to 3 working days via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa or Jazzcash.
