Order Processing
Please note that we require an average of 24 hours (on working days) to fulfill and prepare your order before it is dispatched. Orders received on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. A flat rate applies to all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during public holidays or festive seasons. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

Order Tracking
Stay informed every step of the way. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your Order ID and a Tracking Number. Use these details to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Important Delivery Guidelines
Parcel Inspection: To ensure the integrity of your purchase, please do not accept any parcels that appear opened, tampered with, or damaged. If the security seal is broken, kindly reject the delivery and notify us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages: While we ensure every order is dispatched securely, UsHa Homes is not liable for packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to your address. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please report the issue directly to the respective courier service.
